reference assistance not only to those visiting the library, but also
to those contacting the Society by telephone, letter or by e-mail. Inquiries
must include requestor's name and mailing address. |

-- Census records: Isle Madame for 1861,1871, 1881 -- History of four Parishes and of Isle Madame. -- Family files and publications, genealogies --Journals, diaries -- Scrapbooks -- Recorded history of each community, and also recorded interviews with older people. The society (Isle Madame Historical Society) responds to research inquiries for a fee of $25.00 per day. Independent research at a fee of $10.00 per day. Photocopying
services are available at 25 cents per page, and also extra copies of
small photos which are $2.00 per photo. We have a wide
