Visited Arichat just last month while on vacation with my brother Sandy. Our grandparents Mary Ann Fougere and Felix LeBlanc were both from Arichat. His first wife, Rose Madore was also from the Arichat area. We had done some background searching while we were there. It was nice to go and visit the place where they once lived. It's a beautiful spot and we will return in the future. My brother Sandy left for Red Deer Alberta with lots of fond memories of our trip there. Great website!!

Hi; It was great to see that Arichat had a web site. My family and I use to visit in the summers. My grandfather Godfrey Thibeault was from Arichat my dad is Joe Thibeault from Boston Ma. It was nice to show my sons some of their heritage. If anyone remembers us it would be great to hear from you.

My Great Grandfather [ William W. Boudrot]was born in Arichat and I remember as a child my own grandfather Clifford Peter Boudrot]driving up there every fall to go hunting and bring warm clothes and shoes for the residents. Would love to visit some year soon after I research our lineage.
